Products and availability
Products, sizes, prices, and availability may change. An order is accepted only after the storefront validates its current price and available stock.
Payments
Card payments are processed securely through Stripe. Eligible local orders may offer cash on delivery. An order is treated as paid only after the selected payment method is confirmed.
Delivery
Local and Australia Post options are calculated from the supplied destination and order details. Dispatch estimates are not guarantees where carrier delays or circumstances outside Krunchee’s control intervene.
Gifting enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not reserve products, confirm customisation, create an order, or guarantee a required date. The scope and price must be confirmed in writing.
Product information
Read the product label before consumption. Customers with allergies or dietary requirements should contact Krunchee before ordering and review the sealed label on arrival.
