Information we collect
This can include account details, contact details, delivery information, order records, gifting enquiry details, customer-support messages, security information, and limited website analytics. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Krunchee.
Why we use it
Information is used to authenticate customers, process and deliver orders, provide support, respond to gifting enquiries, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and measure store performance.
Service providers
Relevant information may be processed by providers used for hosting, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, address lookup, delivery pricing, and analytics. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role.
Analytics
Analytics events use product and transaction references, not customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, or delivery addresses. Analytics remains disabled when the measurement service is not configured.
